Castilho House Bed & Breakfast Lisbon, Lisbon

I was pleasantly surprised by this B&B with 8 rooms. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the essential amenities. However, there was a constant awful smell resembling sewage lingering throughout my stay, which was quite unpleasant.

Staying at this B&B was a fantastic experience all around. The spacious rooms had a lovely ambiance and were huge, even by American standards. The location near the subway stop made exploring the city a breeze, but there were a few minor drawbacks.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were surprisingly larger than expected based on the website photos, and I had two different room experiences over two nights, which was interesting for a short stay. The price was reasonable for what I got, although there were some minor inconsistencies in room size.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The proximity to the kitchen was convenient, and the super comfortable bed and linen made for a great night's sleep. However, being near the kitchen could be noisy at times. The service was fantastic with attentive housekeeping and a great shuttle service. The location was ideal, close to many attractions and just a short walk from the metro station. The dining experience was personalized and delightful with a variety of continental pastries and fruits. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent value for money.
